I have hit a major goal in my weight loss...

I have lost 40 pounds...I cannot even believe it! It is has been really hard work...lots of exercise and dedication to my food...but it is totally worth it!

24 more pounds to go...hitting the home stretch!

I think that I have lost my charm bracelet! $250 worth of charms...some that are retired and I cannot replace!

37 pounds gone...

I can't believe that I have lost 37 pounds!!!!!

On a funny note...my trainer has been checking my body fat by using the little machine that you hold in your hands.

Tonight...he said now that I am below 30% body fat we will get a more accurate reading by using the calipers...did I want to try that.

Hmmm...sure...let's do that!

Then...he said..."take off your shirt" while holding the calipers like a dr holds the speculum!

Ummm...HELL NO! Maybe next month...but I am absolutely not ready to take off my shirt and show everybody my belly fat...not yet!

I must have looked at him like he had two heads...because he started laughing and said...you don't have to...yet. Maybe next month.
